However, this album was Bullet for my Valentine's sound going full on mainstream.
In any case, what I'm getting at here, is that British based metal quartet Bullet For My Valentine are most definitely, a mediocre band at best. Back a couple of years ago, they released a somewhat promising EP which won the hearts of hundreds of scene kids across Britain.
As the early singles Over It and Piece Of Me confirmed, on their sixth record Bullet have made radical changes to their sound. For a start, there are no solos on Gravity. Not one. Instead, breakneck speed and technical ferocity have been eschewed for deep, tectonic grooves.

They are one of the few new bands that Pardon the pun, but Killswitch killed it. You would be forgiven for thinking that Bullet For My Valentineā€™s set would showcase their most recent album, the excellent Venom, but that would be so very 2015. Instead we were treated to their seminal Poison album in its entirety. It was clear that Poison is a favourite for the audience who bounced 0rJHFO.
