Grapple to the top then drop below and silently take out the henchmen that can drop the Asylum Staff. Upon defeat of the remaining henchmen the Asylum staff are gently placed on the ground.

Bane meanwhileis in essence a super tough martial artists. Batman will need to be more athletic and use more of his brain to essentially beat Bane.
