If you still have Warranty, contact Lenovo for repair instructions. Otherwise get the machine serviced a a local dealer.
I have an external keyboard, so if there's any way I can disable the built-in one that would be great. I have tried uninstalling the drivers, replacing it with the Japanese one, and using DevManView to disable them (comes back with an error) but nothing works.
