The best golem is definately an iron golem with infinity or a pride in it. Which ever one you use, the other should be on your merc. Fire golems are only useful for tanking fire damage and for killing people you poison in pvp. Regular golems are useful on bosses as the slow stacks with decrepify. DON'T MAX A GOLEM!
That being said, gambling can definitely help you to get better stuff in the early game and mid game, or even later if you are deficient on anything. Particular faves of mine are to gamble for rings and amulets, I tend to do well there. I also like to bump up my armor until I can start creating rune words.
Attack Rating changes form in Diablo II/Lord of Destruction. Instead of a flat % chance to hit enemies, your Attack Rating is simply another number that determines the % chance of hitting a monster. Dexterity adds to Attack Rating at 5 units per 1 point. Attack Rating affixes from gear are varied a bit more now, with flat increases, and then
Malice is an extremely good runeword for what it costs and what level you can equip it at. I never have even noticed the life drain, if you have any life leech what so ever it shouldn't be an issue. PSN: kel777 Fighter pawn level 200. Zoren 14 years ago #8. It's a nice R/W.
The idea for this skill is very good but it has like around 25%-30% less damage than Ice Bolt. 1 point as a pre-requisite ++++++++ Blizzard ++++++++ Required Lvl: 24 Effect: Summon a massive ice storm that rains shards of frozen death on the target. One of the sorceress' most damaging skills in the whole game.
Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. A year later, the addition "Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction" is released, in which: another act of adventure is added (new opponents and bosses, after which new equipment drops); added 2 more classes – Assassin and Druid; the plot of the three brothers, the "elder evils" of the underworld, ends.
It's just much easier to hit enemies with Meteor. Fire Wall only hits people standing in a specific 1 dimensional line. Meteor hits a huge area, so you don't need to be as precise. Plus, Meteor does most of the damage up front, meaning even if the target (s) move, they still take a huge amount of damage.
