Received 82 Likes on 50 Posts. Without the key to allow updates beyond what your are entitled to, the map update files are useless. The key is entered by Audi when the car is connected to their diagnostic system and updates a hashed value in the MMI software. Once that is done, then you can use the update files.
After a MMI software update, made by my Audi service partner, I have no more navigation database in MMI. I can't download it, when I try to download I get this message "Failed loading mapcare installer" I face that issue starting with 17 Dec 2021. Audi say - "they have some server issue"
