No Underground 2 isn't anywhere, except on PC where everything made before MW2012 is a free-for-all. Best PS4 game is Heat. If you enjoy UG2 you will really like either 2015 or Heat. How anyone can enjoy NFS Heat is beyond me, that was my reintroduction to the franchise after like 10 years and it's just not fun.
If you are using your controller with bluetooth connectivity try using the usb cable while playing instead. Some bluetooth drivers will loop the DS4 signal from a PS4 controller from the x-axis after pressed, so if using the usb cable doesnt fix the problem then try using a bluetooth dongle instead of your PC's onboard antenna.
